Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests promptly and politely as per Hotel standards and procedures.
- Give information to guests on activities and services and provides them appropriate assistance upon their queries, request and complaints in line with the hotel standards and procedures.
- Organise trips and ticket as per details of flights on behalf of guests and make provision for transfer upon check out.
- Plan the movements of delivery of luggage to / from guests
Profile
- Have a pleasant and outgoing personality
- Fluent in both English and French; a third language will be an advantage
- Be ready to perform odd hours of work
- Dynamic, self-motivated and should possess good leadership and communication skills
- Good negotiating and selling skills, knowledge of current markets
- Must be conversant in computer operations,
- Previous experience in a similar field will be an asset
