Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware & software faults on laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Replace faulty boards, RAM, SSDs, keyboards, screens, power jacks, fans, and other components.
Perform OS installation, imaging, data migration, and basic network configuration.
Log every job in the service system, update status, and maintain clear repair notes.
Provide front-desk technical support and explain findings to customers in plain language.
Use remote-access tools to resolve minor issues off-site, reducing turnaround time.
Document common fixes and create step-by-step guides for the support team.
Advise the sales team on technical specs or compatibility questions during customer consultations.
2-3 years hands-on PC/laptop repair experience (hardware swap, board diagnostics, software rebuilds).
Certificate or Diploma in Electronics, Computer Hardware, or related field.
Familiarity with multimeters, repair tools, BIOS/UEFI settings, and Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks, and meet turnaround targets.
Good communication skills.
