Our client is seeking to recruit a Client Executive for its operation.
Responsibilities
Expand assigned portfolio by building new business contacts through industry connections and strong networking to increase revenue.
Identify cross selling opportunities for group's products/services to fulfill customers’ needs and further the company interest.
Perform deep analysis of the credit worthiness of the client, to make appropriate recommendation to the credit committee.
Ensure that all KYC and other relevant documents have been collected for compliance and a green audit report.
Ensure adequate communication with clients and suppliers / dealers during the whole process of a lease request and its life cycle.
Attend promptly to client requests and complaints.
Maintain and enhance client's relationships to ensure business continuity and growth.
Keep abreast of market and competitors’ dynamics, of new products and services that could be offered.
Continuous close monitoring of the performance of allocated portfolio for timely informed decision.
Provide coaching to others team members as and when required and continually share information, experience and expertise.
Ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements, policies procedures.
Profile
BSc in Finance / Marketing.
Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and French.
Three years’ experience in leading a commercial team, preferably in the Financial Sector.
Has a strong sense of urgency about solving problems and getting work done.
Nurture entrepreneurial behaviour within the team.
Deep knowledge of inhouse processes.
Verse with regulations and compliance issues.
Well verse of all BOM related rules and processes.
Excellent mastery of relevant Financial analysis techniques.
Make timely and effective decisions.
