HealthActiv is looking for a Category Coordinator to support the Manager in achieving business objectives, by providing relevant reports on stock levels, sales performance, forecasts and assigned products investments.
This role also includes a marketing function, contributing to the planning and execution of category-specific promotional campaigns to enhance product visibility and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Management:Responsible for the positioning, competitive pricing and promotion of a portfolio of products.
- Product Development Plan: Work in close collaboration with the Medical Promotionteam to develop the brand plan and follow up on execution.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:Prepare and maintain reports on category performance, sales trends, pricing and inventory levels.
- Stock Management:Monitor expiry reports, dormant/slow moving items and take proactive actions when necessary.
- TeamCollaboration:Act as a liaison between the Category Management team and the Medical Promotion team to constantly monitor the market environment and develop appropriate counter action plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in the marketing of pharmaceutical products.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organisationalskills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
