Cashier

As a Cashier at Quantum Insurance, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately, maintaining financial records, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Handling & Transactions

• Process payments accurately via cash, cheque, card, or digital platforms
• Balance cash drawer at end of day and prepare daily bank deposits
• Reconcile transactions and promptly report any discrepancies
• Maintain proper documentation of all transactions and receipts

 Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers courteously and professionally
• Resolve queries related to payments and provide clear, helpful information

Record Keeping & Reporting

• Keep accurate records of all cash and banking transactions
• Ensure entries are correctly recorded in the system
• Generate daily and monthly reports for internal or audit purposes

Compliance & Internal Procedures

• Comply with internal financial policies and controls
• Assist during audits by providing necessary documentation

Finance Support & Administration

• Support the finance team in account reconciliation and petty cash management
• Handle other finance-related or administrative duties as needed

Who You Are

• Reliable and detail-oriented with strong numerical skills
• Excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Previous experience in a cashier or finance support role is an advantage
