NEUTRATECH MAURITIUS IS LOOKING FOR A DYNAMIC CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR FOR TECHNICAL DEPARTEMENT

 

MAIN FUNCTION:

To ensure a premium service to our customers and a smooth, accurate and timely flow of communication between customers and our Technical Dept for an efficient and effective follow up of repairs,maintenance,replacement and installations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To undertake an efficient and personalized reception of customers’ queries as per established standard 
  • To deal promptly and efficiently with customer complaints
  • To coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure that the work delivery standard corresponds to the customer’s expectations
  • To perform a thorough verification and pre-intervention investigation of Customer Machines as per established procedures and secure customer approval for all remedial work to be carried out.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  •  SC
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing environment.
SKILLS & COMPETENCES:
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Effective listening and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • High sense of commitment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
