Our client in the FMCG field is looking for a Brand Manager who will be responsible for the growth and development of brands, based on key consumer insights and suppliers’ active support.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop a Brand Strategy including setting brand vision, guidelines and value proposition
• Prepare the annual brand plan in collaboration with the suppliers and the Channel Managers
• Manage brand’s annual Advertising and Promotional campaigns
• Conduct brand analysis through market research, price surveys and prepare reports accordingly
• Prepare annual sales budget in collaboration with the Channel Managers
• Plan procurement budget in collaboration with Head of Supply Chain & Logistics and Channel Managers
• Liaise with Supply Chain department in a timely manner to always ensure appropriate stock level
• Develop, maintain and update pricing models for products in line with market dynamics
• Have an updated sales forecast with relevant financial KPI’s based on customer, market and competitors’ insights
• Deliver internal and external presentations regarding new product launch, marketing materials, brand objectives and communication plans
• Plan and execute communication initiatives using traditional, online and social media channels
• Prepare and conduct business reviews with principals as and when required
• Establish and maintain fruitful relationship with stakeholders
• Support Talent Management process by engaging and motivating staff and developing a learning culture across the Business Unit by encouraging learning and development
• Ensuring adherence to internal procedures and policies by the team
Profile of candidate
• Degree in Business Management or Sales and Marketing Management
• At least three years experience in Marketing and Brand Management at a Management position
• Client and service focused with ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Strong research understanding and excellent relationship management skills
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Budget management skills and proficiency
• Result focused with a high degree of business acumen
• Able to undergo overseas business trips as and when required
