• Face and voice of the brand in market and act as the ‘eyes and ears’ in trade.

 

Key Responsibilities

Trade & Outlet Management

  • Visit 4–6 outlets daily, following an approved call schedule.
  • Build strong relationships with outlet owners, managers, bartenders, and staff.
  • Ensure Jägermeister SKUs are listed correctly and receive priority visibility on menus.
  • Train bar staff on Jägermeister perfect serve, cocktails, and ice-cold shots.
  • Identify and visit newly opened outlets to introduce Jägermeister.
  • Support outlets to drive consumption and propose new activation ideas.
  • Spend time in outlets during peak hours to support engagement and observation.

Visibility

  • Implement POSM and maintain Look of Success visibility standards. Implement POSM in accordance with outlet segmentation and priority guidelines.
  • Negotiate placement and ensure all visibility is maintained in excellent condition.
  • Replace any missing or damaged POSM promptly.

Tastings, activations and collaborations

  • Convert consumers through sampling and education.
  • Ensure proper staff training on activation mechanics.
  • Identify potential brand collaborations across music, fashion, cultural movements, and lifestyle categories
  • Prepare proposals, monitor performance, ensuring KPIs and ROI targets are achieved

Competitor Analysis

  • Track competitor activities, consumer trends, new outlet openings, and relevant events.
  • Provide weekly insights forming part of monthly reporting.
  • Scout new influencer and cultural partnership opportunities

Social Media

  • Manage personal social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Deliver a minimum of 2 feed posts per week, 2 stories per week and 1 reel per week.
  • Align all content with Jägermeister’s Drink Strategy, Passion Points, and Tactical content pillars
  • Support photoshoots and content creation, ensuring pre-approval of costs.

Reporting

  • Submit monthly reports covering outlets visited and objectives achieved
  • Activations and promotions
  • Tastings and training conducted

Education & Experience Requirements

  1. Experience in brand ambassadorship, event management, or the alcohol/beverage industry preferred
  2. Proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point
  3. Fluency in English
  4. Strong knowledge of the on-trade environment
  5. Confident, outgoing, and professional in social settings
  6. Excellent communication and networking skills
  7. Organised and able to manage multiple activations simultaneously
