Bar Waiter/Bartender

Proven experience as a bartender or in a related hospitality role. Knowledge of mixology and classic cocktail recipes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with bar equipment and POS systems.

• Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences.

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take and serve drink and food orders accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and tools.

• Monitor the stock of bar supplies and communicate needs to the manager.

• Follow responsible alcohol service policies and check customer IDs when needed.

• Handle cash and credit card transactions using POS systems.

• Manage opening and closing duties of the bar.

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails, mocktails, and other specialty beverages.

• Maintain knowledge of drink trends, new products, and customer preferences.
