Customer Success Team Lead - Lead a team of Customer Success Champions, handle escalated calls, and coach team members while developing your management career. Perfect stepping stone to Team Supervisor role
What You'll Do:
- Help lead and support a team of 20 Customer Success Champions
- Handle escalated customer calls and complex service issues
- Coach team members and monitor call quality standards
- Create daily reports and submit end-of-shift summaries
- Ensure team follows procedures and meets performance targets
- Plan work schedules and coordinate team activities
- Address concerns raised by management and implement solutions
- Provide training support and skill development guidance
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years customer service experience (call center environment)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience will be an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis
- Proven coaching and quality control abilities
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Team player with problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with follow-up capabilities
