Assistant Maintenance Manager (Technical Profile) - Paradis Beachcomber

We are seeking a hands-on and technically strong Assistant Maintenance Manager to support the efficient maintenance and operation of the hotel's technical infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the Maintenance Manager in supervising maintenance teams and daily technical operations.
• Ensure proper maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and building systems.
• Coordinate and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Supervise contractors and ensure work is carried out according to required standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance procedures.
• Assist in monitoring maintenance costs and managing spare parts and equipment.
