We are looking for a skilled and proactive Air Conditioning Technician (HVAC) to support the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities by ensuring all air conditioning, ventilation, and cooling systems are functioning efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, air conditioners, ventilation units, and cooling equipment across the factory premises
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime
• Diagnose faults and carry out timely troubleshooting and repairs
• Monitor temperature and ventilation systems in production areas to maintain required working conditions
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and company standards
• Maintain service records and report recurring issues to the Engineering / Maintenance team
• Support energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• NC3 / Diploma / Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or related technical field
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration cycles, compressors, and ventilation controls
• Ability to work independently and respond promptly to breakdowns
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards
