Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?
QBL is looking for a proactive and reliable Administrative Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain of customers’ masterfile on Navision for all relevant channels which includes creation of codes, amendments of routes, BRN and VAT number amongst others.
- Responsible for the cooler asset management on Navision which includes placement, removal and repairs as and when required.
- Ensure request received for delivery of cooler is documented via a contract duly specifying terms, conditions and cooler tagging for all parties.
- Ensure inventory of cooler assets is well administered and conducted as and when required.
- Monitor the proper disposal of damaged spare parts related to cooler assets as per company procedures.
- Plan, devise and monitor a comprehensive daily schedule of intervention for refrigeration technicians.
- Conduct meetings with Refrigeration technicians to monitor work progress and report any issues to the Manager Horeca and Home & Office.
- Ensure interventions request from clients are dealt with as per SLA’S.
- Monitor and ensure customer complaints are addressed and customer service sheet for each client are submitted accordingly.
- Perform attendance duties with regards to the commercial department.
- Provide administrative support to the Manager Horeca and Home & Office as and when required.
- Perform any other related cognate duties.
What we are Looking for:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
