Exotic Group is looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Clerk to support in daily administrative operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input Data/ information provided by Supervisor and Head of Department.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems.
  • Follow up on administrative and other assigned tasks by Supervisor and Head of Department.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • SC or HSC or
  • Previous experience in administrative or clerical work will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS tools will be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Confidential and discreet in handling information.
  • Driving license would be advantageous.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday from 7:30 am till 5:15 pm
Priority will be given to candidates residing in the surrounding areas of Rose-Hill, Ebene, Quatre Bornes, and Beau Bassin.
