We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Processing Department. The ideal candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth coordination of processing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process documentation.
• Liaise with insurance companies and banking institutions to facilitate vehicle financing.
• Handle administrative procedures with the relevant Authorities.
• Manage online vehicle registrations and related processes.
• Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure process efficiency until delivery of vehicles.
• Accurately update and maintain records in the system.
• Filing and scanning of documents.
Profile:
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Requirements:
• SC/HSC Level.
• Proven experience in a similar position will be an advantage.
• Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
