Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Accounts Clerk to support our finance team. The role involves day-to-day accounting tasks and financial record-keeping for our co-ownership syndicates.
Key Duties
- Record and process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements
- Assist in monthly reports and budgeting
- Maintain accurate accounting files
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Liaise with clients and co-owners
Requirements
- HSC with accounting background; diploma or certificate preferred
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Good communication in English and French
- Detail-oriented and organised
