Synarchie Ltee is recruiting an Account Clerk.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable Accounts Clerk to support our finance team. The role involves day-to-day accounting tasks and financial record-keeping for our co-ownership syndicates.

Key Duties

  • Record and process invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Assist in monthly reports and budgeting
  • Maintain accurate accounting files
  • Follow up on outstanding payments
  • Liaise with clients and co-owners

 

Requirements

  • HSC with accounting background; diploma or certificate preferred
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Good communication in English and French
  • Detail-oriented and organised
