Be responsible for a portfolio of clients and provide with them with prompt technical assistance on medical equipment.

Main Duties

• Diagnostic of faults in medical equipment and liaise with supplier in case solution is not apparent.
• Maintain and update database of all medical equipment supplied/ serviced by the company.
• Provide relevant information to sales team whenever required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor in Engineering or any other equivalent.
• At least one year relevant experience.
