Our client, in the civil engineering sector, is looking for a Telephonist / Receptionist / Accounts Clerk (Temporary).
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Main responsibilities:
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed;
- Receive and sort daily mail / couriers;
- Maintain the day to day transaction on computerised accounting system;
- Liaise and handle queries from within and outside the company;
- Perform filing and other administrative duties.
Qualification
- HSC Holder
- 1year experience in similar position
Candidate profile:
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal English.
- Organised and committed in meeting deadline.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An honest and discreet attitude when dealing with company accounts.
