The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in accepting new cases and conduct regular file review on existing clients.
• Execute all Compliance policies and procedures implemented by the Group and the organization.
• Effectively liaise with various stakeholders in implementing compliance policies and procedures within the organization.
• Participation in compliance project management as needed.
• Prepare regular compliance reports.
• Assist the team to develop and implement risk management, internal control and Compliance assurance program.
• Advice on the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures and monitoring programs on AML related activities, compliance manual and core control documents that meet regulatory requirements.
• Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualification:

• Degree holder in Law or Accounting, or other related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 to 3 solid years of relevant experience;
• Knowledge on trust, corporate services and funds is a must;
• Good understanding and knowledge of FATCA and CRS will be an advantage;

• Good stakeholder management skills;
• Multi-tasking with good problem-solving skills;
• Good computer skills such as Excel and Powerpoint;
• Fluent in written and oral English.
