Responsibilities:
Supervise the stewarding team.
Assist the Back of House Manager in all aspects of the department and ensure standards are followed.
EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years experience in a similar position
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the stewarding team.
- Supervise the sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene as well as the quality level of product and services.
- Check more specifically the proper use of chemicals and washing accessories.
- Direct and assist Stewards in order to make clean up more efficient.
- Assist the Back of House Manager in all aspects of the department and ensure standards are followed.
- Ensure stewarding staff have supplies, equipment, tools and uniforms necessary to do their jobs.
- Ensure that the Hotel operates in accordance with quality systems in place, health and safety standards, regulatory and legislative requirements
- Any other cognate duties assigned
EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position
- Flexible with strong organisational and planning skills
- Good communication skills
