A dynamic catering business is seeking the services of a Financial Accountant to oversee its overall accounting operations of the business.

Main Duties:

Reporting to the Head of Finance & Admin, the job incumbent shall primarily be responsible to:

• Prepare monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends
• Prepare state quarterly and annual statements by assembling data
• Comply with state and federal tax filing requirements by studying regulations; adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions; calculating estimated tax payments; assembling data for tax filings as per agreed timing
• Provide financial advice by studying operational issues; applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations
• Prepare budgets and develops forecasts such as cash flow
• Update job knowledge by keeping current with financial regulations and accepted practices; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; participating in professional organizations
• Lead and manage the Finance team efficiently

Qualifications & Experience:

• Being fully ACCA certified is highly preferred
• At least  3 years of experience in similar position working in a dynamic environment
