RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily reconciliation of all Food & Beverage revenue.
Preparation of daily/month beverage, cellar and tobacco cost.
Calculation of standard cost (incl. yield test) of recipes/cocktails.
Carry out cash counts and spot-checks.
Posting of individual beverage sales, and reconcile with bar stock.
Preparation of daily/monthly “Ventilation of Discount Report.”
Daily physical stock control of all points of sale of the Food & Beverage Department.
Monthly physical inventory of all Food & Beverage Department.
Carry out a bi-yearly inventory of all operating Equipment (OPEX) of the hotel.
To keep accurate records of tasks and duties performed every day, in the respective books.
Communicate with the Financial Controller on day-to-day matters.
EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of Experience in similar position
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate Level
- Good communication skills both written & spoken
- Conversant with Accounting Software
