- Ensure smooth and effective functioning of training events and specials projects.
- Conduct Interviews and in charge of the recruitment process.
- Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes ,guest comments meetings and regular consultation with Heads of Department
- Design, Organize Develop and Coordinate training programs to meet specific training needs.
- Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction,on-the-job skill Coaching
- Establish on the Job Skill Training and monitor by ensuring that the training is taken place in each department.
- Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
- Maintain updated training records through training attendance sheets.
- Track and report on training outcomes
- Follow up HRDC process
- Ensure that all team members abide to the grooming standards of the hotel.
- Develop and maintain relationship with training and employment agencies ,Universities and other training and recruitment sources
- To provide explanation, advice and counselling services to the personnel
- To assist the Cluster HRM and participate in other Training and HR Function.
