Our client, provider of tailored trust, fiduciary, fund and corporate services, is looking for a Senior Manager Corporate and Fund.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible to manage the operations of Corporate and Fund department of the Company (Mauritius) Limited, including the management, selection, supervision, evaluation and training of local staff.

Main responsibilities:

• Day to day management of corporate and fund administration unit, including the portfolio of clients;
• Effective marketing, promotion and selling of the products and services of the Company;
• Observe compliance with local and international laws, ordinances and regulations;
• Observe internal and local compliance and due diligence procedures and policies;
• Supervision of the Officers with respect to corporate secretarial work, fund services and other duties and responsibilities;
• Further development of office procedures to be recorded in the Office Manual;
• Supervise corporate secretarial work and fund services for client companies
• Maintenance of client files;
• Ensure timely payment of Government Licence Fees, payroll taxes and social security payments and invoices received;
• Ensure timely filing of Annual Returns and tax returns;
• Ensure maintenance of the client database by staff;
• Approval of daily time records;
• Acting as director on companies;
• Other duties that may be assigned by the MD.

Qualification:

• Post graduate + Professional qualification (ACCA, ICSA)
• AT least 5 years of experiences in a similar position.
