Greets and seats the maximum number of guests coming into the restaurants, as per welcoming SOP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Converses with guests to obtain feedback and suggestion for improvement.
• Identifies any particular requirements customers may have.
• Provides facilities to guests by supplying information on the restaurants.
• Communicates guests’, visitors’ or repeaters’ preference of meals, drinks, cocktails and special requirements (e.g. allergies).
• Handles customer complaints efficiently through appropriate interaction and action and/or referral to Management.
• Offers assistance to handicapped guests.
• Checks and confirms all reservations and records them in the appropriate logbook.
• Promotes the different outlets and various theme nights and F&B events by informing clients.
• Ensures, in conjunction with the F&B Secretary, that all menus are produced accurately and on time, and can be lead to type menus, in case of last-minute needs or of the absence of the F&B Secretary.
