To supervise all on goings on the floor, communicate the status of all rooms at any time and have an overview of what needs to be completed. Ensure full liaison with other members of the team in Housekeeping
To ensure that all areas under his/her control are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness
To ensure that rooms are properly cleaned, supplied, equipped and checked
To inform Reception/Housekeeping Coordinator of room status
Monitor VIP rooms and assist with special requirements
Provide training to room attendants
To plan deep cleaning Schedule and daily cleaning schedule.
To prepare Roster of all Room Attendant Associates.
To use opera and StarGuest as per request.
To conduct any cognate duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper
