To coordinate construction works according to work plans and set deadlines
Main duties:
Review manpower and materials requirements and plan accordingly
Set work schedules and monitor attendance of team members
Allocate general and daily responsibilities and monitor performance
Monitor progress of work to ensure project is completed according to specifications, within allotted time frame and in compliance with quality standards.
Supervise and train workers on site
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Monitor expenditure and ensure set budget is respectedReport on site progress to Site/Contracts Manager
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma in Building Construction
At least 7 years of proven working in construction industry as GF
Computer literate
Prior experience in turnkey projects would be an advantage
Other Requisites
Effective project management skills
Excellent planning, organizing and leadership skills
Capable of working well under pressure and independently to meet tight deadlines
