We are currently looking for Network Engineers to work on our global VPN network present in more than 160 countries (Business VPN service). The selected candidate will be have the overall responsibility of handling a portfolio of clients’ VPN network presence around the world.

IT Network Engineers
Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the customer’s point of contact in Orange Business Services for all network related issues.
Provide error free customer network configurations.
Perform Feasibility study and Risk analysis of Customer network change requests
Prepare and build configuration for Customer network change request along with fall back procedure
Perform software maintenance, system monitoring ,Technical analysis of issues arising and developing solutions.
Installing, configuring & maintaining the client’s IT infrastructure.
Perform change/incident management on customer network.

Excellent communication skills - English and French (written and spoken)

Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your workload.
Flexible to work on shift (24/7)
Work experience and Qualifications
Tertiary education in IT/Computer Science /Telecommunications/Electronics Engineering
CCNA certified
CCIP/CCNP certification level preferred
Knowledge on some of the following will be an advantage: TCP/IP, IPX, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP4, RIPV2, MPLS, VoIP, ISDN DDR, Dial Solutions (PPP/L2F)
Ideally, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the IT/Networking sector, however fresh graduates may also apply.
