This is an opportunity to join an organisation with an entrepreneurial and agile business environment. They are seeking to recruit a high calibre Receptionist/ Admin Officer to work in a great professional & friendly environment. This position comes with an excellent remuneration package.

 

Main Duties:

  • Provide an excellent service to all internal & external customers
  • Operate the switchboard in a professional manner; answer/ forward calls & take messages
  • Schedule & confirm appointments; maintain calendars
  • Assist in customer queries
  • Issue purchase orders & monitor stock of stationery
  • Assist in administrative & office duties
  • Ensure that reception area is clean & tidy at all times

 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum HSC
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience is a definite advantage

 

Ideal Profile:

  • Good planning, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant & outgoing personality
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • IT literate
  • Fluent in English & French
