Our client, a fiduciary company, is looking for a Secretary.
The successful candidate will offer day to day administrative and support services to the Partner as well as the Administration Department.
Main responsibilities:
- Monitor & maintain the Agenda of the Partner & Attorney;
- Plan overseas trip and travel;
- Organize hotel bookings;
- Prepare reports, memos and presentations as & when required;
- Conduct general internet searches;
- Work out mailings upon instructions;
- Handle telephone calls and relay messages in a proper manner;
- Draft, transcribe and edit letters, email and any other documents as required;
- Maintain files & records;
- Organising & maintaining diaries and scheduling appointments;
- Attend meetings upon request taking minutes;
- General administrative and clerical support;
- Admin duties (application forms completion, Filing, Binding, Scanning, faxing copies etc.);
- Processing and follow up on inward mail;
- Preparing client outward mails as and when required;
- Helping the Attorneys in their day-to-day work;
- Assist & replace at the reception as & when required - taking & directing calls and handling incoming and outgoing dispatch;
- Any other cognate duties.
Qualification:
- Diploma in Business Administration
- A minimum experience of 2-3 years
