We are looking for a Storekeeper for one of our clients.
Job description:
- Preparation of purchase orders for stock items
- Follow up on orders made
- Preparation of store for expected orders
- Receipt of goods and delivery to sites:
- Preparation of GRN and recording of goods received on Quickbooks
- Delivery of goods to site as per correct FIFO method
- Ensure proper documentation is filled in at all stages of receipts and deliveries
- Ensure that minimum stock levels are followed up
- Follow up slow moving items
- Maintain store in a clean and orderly manner
- Ensure materials reports are sent to accounts department upon completion of all jobs
- Report all damaged goods to account department on monthly basis
- Assist HOF in organization of stock take
- Attend to queries from HOF and GM on a timely manner
- Ensure proper follow up of site equipment
- Any other duties as requested by the HOF or the GM
Profile:
- Previous experience as storekeeper required (1 to 3 years)
- Knowledge of Quickbooks is a must
- Having a valid driving license
- Minimum SC Holder
- IT and Quickbooks literate
- Hardworker
