The main responsibility of the Store Helper is to keep the Receiving Area and Store room clean and store items in an orderly manner. He must assist the Receiving Clerk and Store Keeper in the day to day tasks and monthly inventory.
Maintain all stores set up as per the Hotel's HACCP procedures and standards
Assist in carrying out systematic physical inventory of all store items
Arrange and deliver items on stock on shelves as per FIFO basis
Carry out and transfer items delivered to respective stores
