Plans, organises and coordinates activities of an efficient profit making boutique so as to cost effectively, provide quality service to guests in line with the hotel policies and standards.
PROFILE:
• Holding S.C. / H.S.C. / Professional Certificates.
• Be computer literate, including amongst others, good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel & Starlight.
• Have experience in the hotel industry will be an advantage.
• Be outgoing and confident with a pleasant personality, and enjoying dealing with people.
• Fluent in English , French and a third language will be a plus
• Having good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be efficient, well organised, and be able to stay calm under pressure.
• Must have a good memory of faces, as guests like to be remembered.
• Readiness to perform odd hours of work, including working on Sundays, Public Holidays, Cyclonic Days and Special Days, i.e. Christmas’ & New Year’s Eve, etc.…
