Responsible for Mise-en-place, taking orders, deliver food and beverages and maximize guest satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon guest arrival and takes guests’ orders, making suggestions when required.
- Cleans / resets tables and clears soiled plates in accordance with set standards and prepares glassware, cutlery, linen, etc., ensuring sufficient supply for the day’s operation.
- Inspects and cleans up bar and equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety standards and procedures.
- Dispenses beverages per guest order, observing set standards in terms of time, mixture and appearance if barman unavailable.
- Ensures personal knowledge of menu items by attending product knowledge sessions and reviewing product updates, including, if possible, the manner of preparation for each Food & beverages menu item.
- Follows all procedures set for closing and opening of a shift or a section and maintain the cleanliness of the workplace.
Experiences and Qualifications:
- School Certificate.
- NTC 3 or equivalent qualification in F&B.
- At least 1 year experience in similar position.
- Fluent in English and French.
- A clean Certificate of Character is a must.
