Our Client is seeking to recruit a Relationship Manager for its operation.
Responsibilities
. To manage and sustain a portfolio of corporate customers, building long term relationships. This is achieved particularly through quick risk decision and managing consistency and quality of operational service in addition immaculate customer service to underpin the relationship with all clients
. To maximize risk adjusted portfolio contribution. The jobholder will be responsible for business development both with new customers and with existing customers where they are expected to increase "wallet share"
. To cross sell the full corporate product set
. Consistent with value based management, the job holder will be measured on risk adjusted portfolio contribution as well as other performance metrics including customer satisfaction
. Customer acquisition to be at the center of focus of the job-holder
Profile:
. Bachelor degree with a minimum of 5 years at management level
. A detailed knowledge of the Corporate set of products as well as a broad understanding of products available in the company capital
. A broad understanding of policies and strategies within the country as they relate to the demands of the customer base
