· Responsible for correct invoicing and payment
· Care and maintenance of all work equipment of the area
· Responsible for obtaining daily guest list, event orders and liaise with the Front Desk, F&B office, kitchen for any changes.
· Abide by The Residence Telephone Etiquette and always speak in a pleasant and courteous professional manner
· Acknowledge guest by names at all times.
· Note down guest orders accurately with the time ordered /served and repeat order to guest for final confirmation.
· Promote all menu products constantly and practice suggestive selling
· Passing on orders to rooms service Supervisor /Manager for process
· Ensure that orders are delivered as per time requested by guest or as per service standards of Room service refer to S.O.P.

· Give accurate hand over to colleagues at shift change.
· Ensure guest information is kept confidential at all time
· Keep accurate records of service master keys
· Maintain the tray collection and fruit dispatch book accurately.
· Provide information to manager and to other departments with regards to guest requests
· Keep working area clean and tidy at all times.
· Abide by procedures in the Food and Beverage Manual
Perform any cognate duty assigned by the Head of Department.
