The Spa Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running and operations of the Hotel spa. You will use the appropriate strategy to convert the spa into a profitable centre,
Job Duties
- Plan, organize and direct spa services and programs.
- Manage and Train staff in the use or sale of products, programs, or activities.
- Prepare rosters and lead Spa therapist
- Check spa equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Make efficient and effective usage of Spa Products
- Propose new services which will make guests happy at all times.
- Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency.
- Develop staff service or retail goals and guide staff in goal achievement.
- Establish spa budgets and financial goals.
- Accepts reservations for spa treatments in a polite and efficient manner.
- Be Guest Oriented and provide a zero-complaint policy
- Inventory products and order new supplies.
- Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
- Schedule staff or supervise scheduling.
- Develop or implement marketing strategies for the Profitability of the Spa
- Prepare monthly reports and submit to the Chief Operations Officer/Financial Controller
- Maintain client databases.
- Innovate and propose new idea and new services that will bring customer satisfaction
- Market and sell Spa products
- Develop upselling and train Staff to do upselling.
- Any other cognate duties as may be requested by the Management.
