Duties & Responsibilities
You will contribute to the electronic documentation management system and support the accounting team in their day-to-day tasks.
In order to achieve this, you will:
Record and distribute supplier invoices in Account Payable;
Generate client invoices in Account Receivable;
Arrange invoices payments;
Proceed with copies and paper and electronic archives;
Provide support to the accounting team.
Your profile:
You have an education in Finance;
You have a minimum experience as in a multinational company performing operations linked with foreign currencies transactions with electronic documentation management;
You are proactive, dynamic and versatile; and you have good listening and communication skills;
You are extremely organized and rigorous and you interact, produce and report with a professional approach at all times;
You are able to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters and meet deadlines;
You must be willing to work independently and be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment;
You have a knowledge of MS Office/ Excel skills;
A perfect command of French and English is mandatory.
