Our Client is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant for its operations.
Responsibilities:
. Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with corresponding and phone calls
. Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling accesss to the manager/executive
. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
. Organising events for the office
. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
. Managing databases and filing systems
. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative system
. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
. Collating and filing expenses
Profile:
. HSC or equivalent
. Secretarial studies from a recognised institution
. Good written and oral skills in French and English
. Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
