RESPONSIBILITIES

The Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel, the premier 5 star business hotel in Mauritius, Port-Louis, is looking for an HR trainee. As an HR trainee, your duties will be as follows:
> Provide administrative support to the HR Officers
> Schedule interviews, screen CVs and provide assistance to the Recruiting Officer
> Assist in the organisation of events (job fairs, sports events, etc)
> Assist the Payroll Clerk in the computation of overtime and time-attendance
> Responsible for clerical duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, etc
> Any other cognate duties as delegated by the HR Manager

EXPERIENCE
>Degree in HR/psychology
>First practical experience advantageous
>Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization
>Excellent communication skills
> Good organizational and planning skills
