Customer Care Officer

The Customer Care Officer will mainly responsible in assisting the Customer Care Manager in his daily operations.

 

Duties:

  • Attend and Resolve customer complaints via phone & email
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that all steps as per set procedures are respected by all concerned department once complaint is received.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer complaints and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Carry out client satisfaction surveys’ and reviews

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum HSC Holder
  • Previous customer support experience would be an advantage
  • Fluency in English & French both written and oral.
