RESPONSIBILITIES 

Strong French and English communication skills and very good SQL and XML skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: 

- Leveraging strong analytical and problem solving skills to efficiently resolve incidents

- Providing clients with regular and timely incident updates.

- Monitoring, deploying and maintaining client production environments.

- Technical programming and scripting tasks.

- Helping client transition to support and implement best practices.

- Optimizing internal processes and procedures.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar position IS A MUST.

- Proficiency with SQL and an understanding of relational database systems.

- Superior communication (English and French), organizational, and problem solving skills.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Server Technology (e.g.; Windows / SQL Server).

- Ability to work flexible hours.

- A solid understanding of Web application development processes applied to relational database structures (MSSQL) is an asset.
