Job Purpose
The role of the job incumbent will be to handle both incoming and outgoing calls and ensure that the reception area is clean and tidy.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers
- Monitor schedule of meeting rooms and ensure their cleanliness throughout the day
- Identify and follow-up maintenance issues as and when required
- Handle complaints effectively
- Perform other administrative duties as directed
Profile
- Minimum School Certificate
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar position
- Good communication skills - Verbal and Written
- Good organisation skills
- Courteous but firm when dealing with difficult customers
- Outgoing Personality
- Conversant with MS office
