RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to guest complaints in a professional manner at all times and record all relevant information.
• Welcome all guests upon arrival according to Hotel standards.
• Ensure that the check-in forms are correctly filled
• Take pre authorization for direct guests
• Sorting and filling of guests’ bills from the outlets.
• Clearing out the dockets of the check out guests.
• Always use the correct standard to answer the telephone.
• Promote the hotel facilities efficiently.
• Ensure all special requests on the arrival list are being action and followed up.
• Assist guest with foreign exchange by adhering the hotel policies and country laws.
• Constantly liaise with all the Hotel’s departments to ensure smooth running of the operations.
• Ensure that all departure billing instructions is followed.
• Any other cognate duties as delegated by Front Office Manager.
PROFILE
• HSC or equivalent
• Excellent grooming
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Polite, courteous with a pleasant personality
• Quick and accurate
• Ability to keep calm, be patient and tactful
• Flexible with a strong customer focus
