The Reporting Specialist role enables high efficiency by providing a high service level. Reporting Specialist will provide all reports required in Regional Procurement Shared Services.

Manage reporting requests

• Validate and clarify reporting requests
• Estimate effort /resources needed and approve report requests
• Create reports by extracting from our databases, using SQL and present findings in a relevant format.

Produce and deliver required reports

• Establish report generation on reporting calendar
• Produce and prepare reports
• Review and ensure accuracy of report data
• Consolidate and distribute reports to customers

Drive report compliance / general activities

• Maintain reporting quality
• Support Continuous Improvement efforts
• Monitor report need and usage
