RESPONSIBILITIES
Perfom Level 2 support , including incident management, change management, problem management, QOS followup, hardware installation & support.
Provide expert level support to OBS customers on a wide range of virtualisation technologies
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems on existing cloud platforms
Perform pro-active service maintenance on servers and cloud platforms
Apply changes to servers and equipment related to cloud services on VMWARE/VCD platform,
Coordinate and perform migrations, upgrades and updates
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum : Degree in Information Technology.
- Good knowledge of ITIL
- Knowledge in the following technologies: Networking, Linux, VMWare, Windows, NetBackup
- Certifications in vmWARE, Microsoft and Linux will be an advantage
- Bilingual – English & French written and spoken
- Minimum 2 years’ Experience in a production environment
- Exemplary time management, organizational and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills are required
- Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task
- Ability to build good relationships with local and overseas teams
- Good interpersonal, team bonding and leadership skills
- Good IT/communications background and problem solving skills
