To develop and maintain program schedules for complex project programs.
Task & Responsibilities
- Assist Program Managers (PMs) in developing, documenting, and maintaining program schedules for complex programs;
- Develop Integrated Master Plans and Integrated Master Schedules;
- Identify potential schedule issues and recommend solutions to PMs;
- Identify schedule risks and opportunities, and recommend mitigation/capture plans;
- Provide detailed weekly/monthly schedule reports to PMs;
- Assist PMs; in evaluating program health, critical path analysis;
- Create management reports for review by leadership;
- Present management data and metrics at program meetings and reviews;
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience using Microsoft Project
- Experience working in the telecom or construction industry.
