To provide clerical and administrative support to the operations of MS Electrical division.
Main duties:
Reporting to the Operations, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
- Attend to incoming and outgoing phone calls and correspondences
- Arrange meetings and appointments with clients
- Welcome and direct visitors to appropriate offices
- Schedule, draft and compile presentations, reports, agendas and minutes of meetings
- Maintain comprehensive records while ensuring proper filing and archiving systems
- Record daily employee attendance and leaves and compile report
- Monitor and order stationery and other office supplies
- Follow-up on Debtors
- Assist with the tendering exercise
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum five years of proven experience as Secretary to Senior Management
- Computer literate and fully conversant with MS Office applications
Other Requisites
- Excellent inter-personal and linguistic skills, both written and verbal, in English and in French
- Detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
