SAP Basis Administrator
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in SAP-BC activities
- Implementation of best practices which includes installing, configuring, patching, upgrading, and maintaining the company's customers using SAP technologies
- Planning and coordinating the change management of processes required for the support of SAP systems necessary for business operations
- Applies proven communication and problem-solving skills to solve issues related to the deployment of mission-critical SAP software
- Maintains the integrity of SAP environment by managing the SAP correction and transport system to ensure all configuration and development objects are promoted properly
- Introduces technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance
- Is responsible for correct and efficient usage of business SAP applications
- Knowledge of the technological evolution and service model of SAP-platforms & databases
- Experienced in direct customer contact and able to have in-depth conversations on SAP-BC
General Aspects :
- Able to work in a remote config, with experts on-shore
- Willing to accommodate western-Europe working hours
- Willing to do weekend-work and on-call assistance
- Able to be the back-up of the on-shore team and have direct customer interaction
