Our client is seeking to recruit a Finance & Administrative Manager.
Responsibilities
Manage the cash flow to ensure maximum financial benefit for the company and its stakeholders.
Supervise and monitor debt collection.
Supervise the Procurement Process generally and assist management with critical information relating to the supply chain.
Prepare the yearly financial statement, liaise with audit teams and act on relevant reports.
Produce and analyse monthly and ad-hoc reports, for the Management and the Board of Directors.
Prepare the annual budget with the Managing Director.
Manage administrative tasks relating to HR, Logistics, Maintenance Premises, Equipment and Fleet, IT, Security, Health & Safety.
Manage and monitor the KPI's relating to the various Operational and service departments of the company.
Attend to all Management meetings chaired by the Managing Director.
Perform any other cognate duty as deemed necessary and reasonable in your line of work and agreed with the Managing Director.
Liaise with authorities and regulators and provide request info to the MRA and Registrar of Companies.
Profile
Qualified Accountant with ACCA / ACA.
At least 4 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably with an audit background.
Computer literate
Good knowledge of ERP & Accounting software
Excellent Organisational and planning skills
Adaptability, Agility and proactiveness
Ability to work under pressure
Good interpersonal & communications skills
